After playing football for many years at a high standard, Kieran has transferred his passion to the fitness industry being lucky enough to say that his hobby is now his job.  Since being in the fitness and wellbeing industry Kieran has gathered a wide range of training styles that he implements into bespoke plans.

My own training in martial arts inspired my passion for fitness and empowered me to help others discover their strength. When I’m not in the gym, you can find me in the dojo.

I work with busy professionals who struggle to find the time for the gym. I create efficient, personalised workout programs that fit into your schedule, so you can see real results without sacrificing your work-life balance.
