After playing football for many years at a high standard, Kieran has transferred his passion to the fitness industry being lucky enough to say that his hobby is now his job. Since being in the fitness and wellbeing industry Kieran has gathered a wide range of training styles that he implements into bespoke plans.
With a positive mind set whether it’s muscle gain, weight loss or just general fitness, Kieran will help you achieve your goals. All sessions are tailed to each clients specific needs so the first step in your fitness journey is to get in touch.
