Class Descriptions

Abs Blast

This class will concentrate on strengthening your core muscles, including your abdominal muscles, back muscles and the muscles around the pelvis.

Box HIIT

This class will increasing stamina in the heart and lungs. Incorporating boxing techniques and fresh new exercises resulting in an all over body workout.

Cardio Fit

This class uses a mixture of cardio exercises. This is interval training at its best. A great cardio workout that works on all your fitness needs.

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training – This class includes short bursts of low to high-intensity exercises followed by short rest periods. You’ll burn a huge amount of calories whilst significantly improving your speed, stamina and cardiovascular fitness.

Kettlebells

This class will chisel and firm your arms, shoulders, thighs, and glutes as we push, pull, swing, lift and hold the kettlebell. It will also develop core strength and stability.

LBT

Legs, Bums & Tums – This class is specifically designed to target the lower half of your body. A series of exercises designed to tone the key muscle groups around the bottom, stomach and legs.

Step HIIT

This Class is an innovative High Intensity Interval Training based workout using only bodyweight and a STEP. This includes a Step specific Warm Up & Cool Down.

Strength Circuits

This Class uses Dumbells, Kettlebells and Bodyweight exercises to increase strength and fitness levels. Utilising different techniques such as High Intensity Intervals, AMRAPs and Circuits, it’s a fun and effective way to get fit.

Stretch & Tone

This Class improves flexibility and muscle tone. A low impact class combining stretching exercises with light toning exercises, suitable for all fitness levels.
