We are here and ready to provide either a gentle nudge of encouragement, one to one training, personal programmes, support and a comprehensive group exercise programme.

To make it as easy as possible there is no contract length and no journey fee and your monthly membership of just £8 per month includes gym use, classes, personal programme and full body composition (should you wish to have one).

Book your induction via the Technogym App!
Once booked you will simply need to download the Technogym App and book your induction, this session will take no longer than 30 minutes, time for us to find out what you would like to achieve and for us to help explain the best way to achieve your goals, training methods and safe use of the facilities. Once completed, you are good to go.
