Class Descriptions

Les Mills Body Balance

This class involves a series of poses and movements inspired by Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates set to a mix of gentle, relaxing and energising music. You’ll leave the class feeling as though a load has been lifted from your mind and body. BODYBALANCE™ is a great class if you’re looking to boost your concentration and performance in daily life.

Les Mills Body Combat

This class involves a series of moves from a wide range of martial arts set to a pounding soundtrack of contemporary music. It will push you to your limits, but will make you feel stronger, fitter, healthier and in better control of your life.

Les Mills Body Pump

This class combines the benefits of resistance training with the benefits of aerobic exercise using a series of barbell repetitions set to exhilarating music. BODYPUMP™ is perfect for those who want to see and feel quick results from their efforts and can even help prevent the onset of such conditions as heart disease and osteoporosis.

Les Mills Sh’bam

A fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout. SH’BAM™ is an ego-free zone – no dance experience required. All you need is a playful attitude and a cheeky smile so forget being a wallflower – even if you walk in thinking you can’t, you’ll walk out knowing you can!

Survival of the fittest

Challenge yourself with our 45-minute Survival of the Fittest class! This high-intensity workout combines strength, cardio, and endurance exercises to push your limits. Wellness Mobility

Pilates
